Concrete - Radiant

Andrea's Brother Alden and his boss did our flatwork and front porch.

Christian wired all the manifolds and thermostats and connected all the tubing for the radiant heating system. This is what heats our basement and main floor. The warm floors are great!

Christian's friend Justin helped with the electrical. He helped with the trim and also some of the design/rough in. The fan in the living room was especially tricky because of the weight.

Cabinets

Once we had the tile grouted and sealed in the kitchen we put our cabinet guy to work. Terry set all the cabinets and also did our window/door trim work. He also did all the railings.

We also have the fireplace ready for Andrea. She is going to work her magic again and put on the rock (same rock as what is on the front of the house).

Slate

The upstairs bathrooms (Master and Kid's) have electric floor heat. Those warm floors are nice in the evening and morning!

Laying out the slate so we could diversify the floor.

Bridger enjoying a snack while Mom and Dad work away!

The slate was a fun one! Most of the main floor is California Gold 16x16 slate; the family room, front room and office are the only downstairs areas with wood floors.

Paint

Brianna

Christian spraying all the ceilings. Not so easy with a two story opening, but not as hard as what Andrea did. She painted all the walls . . . sometimes two or three times until we found the right colors!
